Check-in time is between 3:00 PM and 11:00 PM, check-out is before 11:00 AM.

Quiet Hours

Please observe quiet hours from 20:00 to 8:00 to respect the tranquility of the neighborhood

No Parties or Events

Parties and events are not allowed in the apartment.

Guests

Only the guests who are registered are allowed to stay in the apartment.

Smoking Policy

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. If you need to smoke, please use the designated outdoor areas, stub out and dispose of cigarette butts responsibly. False fire alarm or violation of this rule will lead to a penalty of EUR 500.

Candles

Open flames are prohibited in the room. We have nothing against being romantic, but unfortunately the fire regulations do not permit open flames.

Drugs

Drug possession, and drug consumption are all strictly prohibited in building, courtyard and surrounding. A breach of this rule constitutes will be reported to the police.

Pets

We are sorry, but pets are not allowed in the apartment.

Damages and Breakages

Guests are responsible for any damage or breakages during their stay. Report any malfunctions or problems promptly.

Community Kitchen Use

Feel free to use the kitchen, but please clean up after yourself. Please note if you leave any personal belongings in the Community kitchen or in the public area, we do not take any responsibility for loss or damage. Please make sure to turn off and unplug all appliances (such as the hob or kettle) after use for safety reasons. Thank you for keeping things tidy and using the kitchen responsibly.

Security

Close and lock all windows and doors when leaving the apartment. Do not share access codes with unauthorized individuals. There is an electronic surveillance system in the public areas for security and safety purposes.

Heating/cooling

Please do not change the mode of the air conditioner. The mode is set on a default setting depending on the season. You can change the temperature with the + or – button.

Parking

Parking is available on the street on the guest’s responsibility. Parking must be paid by meter or through application on weekdays from 8:00 until 22:00. Please be careful as there are some areas where only local residents can park.

Respect for the Property

Please treat the room with care and respect. Report any malfunctions or problems promptly.
